“My husband and I hired Tracy for a remodel project when we moved from our home in Florida to Colorado. It involved major kitchen demolition, living room fireplace and cabinetry update (including awkward 1990’s deep recessed wall meant for TV on floor). Also primary bathroom remodel to enlarge and refinish walk in shower. She was able to combine our costal style with Colorado style into fresh updated look. The kitchen gained a wonderful new quartz peninsula giving the whole are an open airy feeling in gathering and day to day life. The floating shelves in kitchen and in fireplace / living room area gave additional updated fresh look to the living space . The shower space was enlarged and given updated look with new tile and frameless glass door. She was able to do this while we still lived in Florid. She coordinated with contractor and HOA in professional manner. She gave multiple design ideas and materials to allow us to make our decisions. In all the project turned out to be just what we wanted, looked wonderful and was a very functional design!” - Heidi Roeser
